I am also a rider and not just a rider, me and my friends doing a charity ride which we help poor people who don’t have an ability to work because of their sickness and we do also charities for children who abandoned by their parents. It’s not how much we give but how much love we put into giving. There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up. In the end, though, maybe we must all give up trying to pay back the people in this world who sustain our lives.
